Sydney's Arabic and Lebanese engagement parties have their own rhythm — half formal welcome, half full-blown wedding warm-up. DJ Micke has spent over 15 years reading exactly that crowd: the parents and grandparents who want to hear Fairouz, Wadih El Safi and the classic Lebanese wedding songs early; the aunts and uncles who'll be the first to break out the dabke line; and the under-30s who'll close the night on Arabic-house, amapiano and English hip-hop.
Every engagement package includes a planning session, custom song list, bilingual MC, premium QSC/RCF sound, intelligent lighting and a wireless mic for speeches and toasts. A Lebanese Zaffe entrance can be added — popular for engagements with 150+ guests where a formal couple entrance sets the tone for the night.
From backyard engagements in Greenacre and Punchbowl to ballroom celebrations at Le Montage, Doltone House and Curzon Hall — DJ Micke travels across Greater Sydney with full setup and a backup rig on standby.
